My Beating Heart

My Beating Heart
I had the rare opportunity of being able to watch my own beating heart
yesterday.
For almost a full hour I watched, in full size, my very own amazing,
pumping, surging life source at work in all its splendor, pouring my very
essence through my body and into my mind.
Beat after endless beat, without a command being given, this strong and
indepen… Continue

Just Celebrated my 76th Birthday . . .

I just celebrated my 76th birthday in September and I've been looking back at all the things that have made up my life. I still breed registered puppies and kittens - don't know what I'd do if I didn't have them, really. I've lost my parents, my husband, and my youngest son in recent years and my only daughter moved from next door to a town just 70 miles away.

I also have three Miniature Horses and occasionally I get a new foal to play with.

When I started writing, I wrote poetry and songs and… Continue

Captured With Heat and Heart { Adult Content }

Captured With Heat and Heart

Like pearls, you've been stringing me
Every time we danced all these weeks
Languishing in intimate conversation
So much we've found in common
Comfortable at times no talk is needed

Last night you let me know your heart
Opened to me all within your ripe hungry soul
Delicious words drenching my mind
Caressing my fingertips as you spoke
Words spoken softly with your intent

Just friends remember
Dancing partners
Your so…..so much younger
Then your lips caressed mine
W… Continue

Mono

I am but a moment
Of delicious thought
A wish
Your deepest desires
Come alive

Hold me in your mind
Like wild colors
Each a special moment
A different rainbow
Of colors new

My thoughts
Wrapped within your mind
Many ribbons weaving
Radiating heated lights
Of more moments
To fill our space
Our time

Poem / Natures Child

Natures Natural Child

You’ll glimpse her in the morning sun rays
In the mist rising from the forest floor
Her giggles you’ll hear flowing through the leaves
Songs she sings flow down the rambling brook
When she gets sleepy she lays down in Mothers arms
Falls a sleep looking at the azure sky all around
Knowing she is in the safest place in all the world

Even when grown she will always come here
Here where she always feels really free
Running bear footed through the forest
Swimming naked with th… Continue

Poem / Vampires Kiss of Lust { Adult Content }

When with you in our lust
I want to stay in the vibrant
deep
red
passion
of your lusty kisses
To stay I must

How do you kiss that way?

I feel your mouth now as I write
Right here
here
upon my neck
Sucked into your drowning passion
Don’t care if I ever see the light

Is this what’s called oblivion?

Lover if not it has to be close
Kiss me again
let me drown
in your red passion
Of your kisses I can’t help but boast

Poem/ Let Me Be Your Music

I want to be the music
You can’t get out of your head
When you’re awake
Or when you are in bed

Learn my melody
My harmony, rhythm
And the rhyme of me
Then you’ll know the song I am

Think of me as words of love
Those a poet might recite
Then I just might hold you close
In all the ways that are right

So, if you want to love me
Listen to my heart beat now
Lover, love me like a song
I just told you how

Peter Jennings (July 29, 1938 – August 7, 2005)

Every night at 6pm it became like a ritual me and Peter Jennings on ABC's World News Tonight . In the 90's living in Oklahoma City working the night shift in the ICU as a monitor tech. Back then I got my news from the USA Today paper that I would get every night in t… Continue
