Jo Fulkerson Just Celebrated my 76th Birthday . . .

I just celebrated my 76th birthday in September and I've been looking back at all the things that have made up my life. I still breed registered puppies and kittens - don't know what I'd do if I didn't have them, really. I've lost my parents, my husband, and my youngest son in recent years and my only daughter moved from next door to a town just 70 miles away. I also have three Miniature Horses and occasionally I get a new foal to play with. When I started writing, I wrote poetry and songs and… Continue

Alexandra Charlis Carpenter Poem / Natures Child

Natures Natural Child You’ll glimpse her in the morning sun rays In the mist rising from the forest floor Her giggles you’ll hear flowing through the leaves Songs she sings flow down the rambling brook When she gets sleepy she lays down in Mothers arms Falls a sleep looking at the azure sky all around Knowing she is in the safest place in all the world Even when grown she will always come here Here where she always feels really free Running bear footed through the forest Swimming naked with th… Continue

Alexandra Charlis Carpenter Poem / Vampires Kiss of Lust { Adult Content }

When with you in our lust I want to stay in the vibrant deep red passion of your lusty kisses To stay I must How do you kiss that way? I feel your mouth now as I write Right here here upon my neck Sucked into your drowning passion Don’t care if I ever see the light Is this what’s called oblivion? Lover if not it has to be close Kiss me again let me drown in your red passion Of your kisses I can’t help but boast © 2009 Alexandra Carpenter Continue

Alexandra Charlis Carpenter Poem/ Let Me Be Your Music

I want to be the music You can’t get out of your head When you’re awake Or when you are in bed Learn my melody My harmony, rhythm And the rhyme of me Then you’ll know the song I am Think of me as words of love Those a poet might recite Then I just might hold you close In all the ways that are right So, if you want to love me Listen to my heart beat now Lover, love me like a song I just told you how © 2009 Alexandra Carpenter Continue

You Can Give The Gift Of Reading.......

One would think that in the great USA we don't have a problem getting books in the hands of anyone who wants to read. Well sad to say that's not so, we do still have a problem in urban and rural areas. What can you do? you can donate new books or give an old book that's in good condiction a new life. We have many schools and libraries that are so inadequted that they can't help those in need.
Please join with MMI in giving the gift of reading, make reading just one page way for everyone.
